If you don’t see the flashlight icon in control center, you can navigate to settings > control center, then tap “flashlight” in the list to add it. Point the led light where you want to see in the dark to use it as a flashlight. In “touch settings,” select “back tap.”.
In Settings, Navigate To Accessibility > Touch.
You can easily adjust the brightness from here as well. Press and hold the flashlight button. Now, tap on the flashlight button to turn it on and tap again to turn it off.
Take A Look In The Bottom Left Hand Corner Of Control Center And You’ll See A Small Flashlight Icon.

Select The Brightness You Desire, Then Tap The Screen To Return To The Control Center.
