Add a contact either from the list of people that pops down, or simply search for a contact and add them. Select share my location or start sharing location. You can also choose more to share your location via a private link.
Launch The Google Maps App.
Open a message to the one you want to share your location with. Just open the find my app, go to the people tab, and tap the name of the person you want to see. Then, tap on send at the top right corner.
If You Want To Send Your Current Location, Tap “Send My Current Location.”.
Tap the top of the screen, which includes the icon for the person you are chatting with. Choose to share your location for one hour, until end of day or share indefinitely. If that person has location services turned on, their location should show on a map, and from there, you can tap directions to get directions to their exact location.
Now Tap On ‘Start Sharing Location’/ ‘+ Share My Location’ At The Bottom Of Your Screen.
You can repeat this step for each family member you want. In the overflow menu that appears, select share my location. On the “share my location” screen, you can see any contacts you’ve recently been in touch with that are using an iphone.
Click The Person With Whom You Want To Share Your Location.
First, tap on the person you want to share your location with. With find my, it’s dead simple to share your location with friends and family members. Tap the info icon (“i” in a circle) and choose the kind of location sharing you want to do:
