Position Your Phone’s Camera Over The Document And Press The Shutter Button.
Perform any editing, including cropping, rotating, and adding text. Use the slider below the camera to select the document type you want to scan. You’ll need to have the files app open on your iphone or ipad before we get started.
Open The Notes App > Create A New Note > Tap A Camera Icon > Scan Documents.
Crop as necessary by dragging the corners to meet the edges of the photo. Tap the more icon (three dots inside a circle) at the top right. Just follow the steps below.

Install scan from the app store and launch the app. Ios lets you use its document scanner using the files app but the same utility can also be accessed from within the notes app on your iphone. Swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the three dots (…) button.
Open Notes, Then Tap The Document In The Note.
On the camera screen that appears, center the camera on the document so a yellow box appears around it. Hold your iphone or ipad over your paper document, give it a second until it turns yellow, and it will scan your document automatically. Go to the folder where you want to scan and create a document.
Open The Files App On Your Iphone.
Tap the shutter button to scan the photo. Crop the document and tap “ keep scan ” to continue scanning. On your device, go to settings and tap general.
