Deactivate a hide my email address: Launch the settings app from your home screen. Go to settings > [ your name ] > icloud > hide my email, then do any of the following:

Select accounts and then add account. You will not see the “default account” option, in case you do not have a second email address added to your iphone. Click on filters and blocked addresses.
