With Both Airpods In The Charging Case, Open The Lid.
We understand you're unable to connect your airpods to your iphone 12. Choose “t12” from the list of found bluetooth devices on your bluetooth enabled device to pair. Open settings on your iphone and tap on bluetooth.
Go To The Home Screen.
If you have airpods pro or airpods (3rd generation), read the next three screens. If you have airpods pro, airpods (2nd generation), or airpods. On the resulting page, no matter how you got there, you'll be able to see all of the available bluetooth devices you can connect to your iphone, including the airpods.
Do One Of The Following:
Go to the home screen. We certainly want to make sure you're able to enjoy your airpods without issue, and we're happy to help. A setup animation appears on your iphone.
Open The Case And Hold It.
On ipad, go to settings > bluetooth, then turn on bluetooth. Airpods (1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation) or airpods pro: Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case until the light flashes white.
Go To The Home Screen On Your Ipad.
You will be notified via a pop up screen saying that there’s a new wireless airpods trying to connect that is not recognized as yours. Activate bluetooth on your ios device by opening control center, then tapping the bluetooth icon. With your airpods in the charging case, open the charging case, and hold it next to your iphone.
