When You Tap 4, A Voice Will Announce That A Recording Has Started, So There's No Way To Record A Live Call Without The Other Person Knowing.
With ios 14 or later, go to settings > control centre, then tap the add button next to screen recording. Now the app is set to record your calls. When the conversation is over, check the voicemail to find the recording.
